Mr. Sumit Kumar Mallick is a tourism professional, entrepreneur, and destination specialist with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong focus on the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Born and brought up in the Andaman Islands, Sumit has developed a deep understanding of the destination, its people, culture, hospitality ecosystem, and unique tourism experiences. His local knowledge, combined with his professional education in tourism and business management, has helped him build a strong career in destination management and travel services.

As the Managing Director of Andaman Discover Pvt. Ltd., Sumit has been instrumental in developing the company from a B2C travel business into a professional B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) serving travel agents, tour operators, corporates, and travel partners across India.

Sumit's entrepreneurial journey in tourism began in 2012, when he established Andaman Discover with a vision of creating a reliable and professionally managed local tourism company in the Andaman Islands.

Over the years, he has focused on building strong relationships with travel partners and delivering dependable destination services. Under his leadership, Andaman Discover has expanded its capabilities across FIT, group tours, corporate travel, MICE, honeymoon packages, student tours, customized holidays, hotel bookings, transportation, activities, and private charter services.
