Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Received on or before 30days, a 10% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded
  2. Cancellation within 30 days and before 15 days excluding the 15th Day – 50% of Refund.
  3. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival OR no show – N0 Refund.
  4. No refund for booking made from ARRIVEL and the month of December & January.
  5. In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets cancelled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be on direct payment basis on, we will be liable only to the value of the ticket.
  6. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
  7. The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  8. Please note that it may take 5 – 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
  9. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.

IF LOCKDOWN IMPOSED / TESTED COVID POSITIVE BEFORE TRAVEL

  1. Credit Note is a flexibility provided to customers who fall under cancellation window and can be exempted from cancellation charges by taking credit note for future travel to Andaman.
  2. Credit Note will be provided to customers whose state/city/town has imposed Lockdown after deducting charges of 2500 Per Person.
  3. Credit Note will be provided to customers who has been tested positive after deducting charges of 2500 Per Person.
  4. Credit Note provided can be used by the customer only
  5. Necessary Reports/Document to be submitted to avail Credit Note by Customer
  6. The Credit Note will be provided to all customers who falls under the cancellation policy.
  7. The Credit Note validity will be applicable for 1 Year from the time Credit Note has been provided.
  8. For Sea Shell Hotel Only rescheduling available as per policy of Sea Shell Hotels & Resorts.

FOR FERRY

  • 5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the order is placed.
  • 300 Rupees Cancellation/rescheduling applicable for each person for each side.
  • 25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 7 Days.
  • 50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 120 Hours
  • No refund for cancellation received before 72 Hours
